NB+C Restructures HR And Promotes Kara Silbert

Baltimore, MD:  NB+C is pleased to announce a realignment in our corporate services structure which will ensure our team can more effectively respond to the needs of our rapidly growing organization.

At NB+C, our people are our most important asset, and as such, Kara Silbert has been promoted into a newly created role as Director of Human Capital. 

Reporting directly to Craig Bartlett, CFO, Kara will work strategically with the Executive Team on developing and executing programs that will improve the employee life cycle at NB+C for all three of our operating divisions.  She will oversee the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Departments and ensure they can effectively respond to employee needs in the areas of recruiting, talent management, career development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policy.
