NB+C Promotes Patrick Duffy to Managing Director

Baltimore, MD: NB+C is pleased to announce that Patrick Duffy has been promoted to Managing Director for the Site Development division of NB+C!

Patrick began his career with NB+C in 2005 in a Site Acquisition role in New Jersey. Based on exceptional project performance, he was quickly promoted to a management position that required him to relocate to the Baltimore/Washington market.  He spent four years in the market, eventually running one of the largest accounts in the company at that time.

In 2011, Patrick returned to New Jersey and was tasked with growing that market for NB+C.  Under Northeast Managing Director Bill Welber’s leadership, Patrick worked to win and grow several client accounts in Northern New Jersey.

In 2014, Patrick was named Associate Director and in this role has served as an important part of the Executive Committee and is involved with company strategy at the highest level.  

In 2015, when the Northeast region was restructured, Patrick was promoted to Market Manager and given responsibility for the Northern New Jersey, New York City and Upstate New York markets.

Today, Patrick’s region encompasses eight client offices in three markets and a team of 35 NB+C professionals.   As Managing Director, Patrick will continue to oversee operations and business development in New York and Northern New Jersey.
