NB+C Promotes Krup Kolandaivelu to ES Associate Director

Network Building + Consulting is pleased to announce that Krupakaran “Krup” Kolandaivelu has been promoted to Associate Director for the Engineering Services Division.

Krup began his tenure with NB+C in 2012 as a Program Manager for the Engineering Services Division out of the Blue Bell office and was promoted to Engineering Manager – Structural in 2014.

He has been instrumental in growing ES structural engineering team from 2 to 26 employees, and growing structural revenue for the Engineering Services division. In addition, Krup has improved team performance through the implementation of high-quality engineering software, quality control, and training programs for the engineers on his team.

On a daily basis, Krup leads team members in all phases of project development, from preliminary evaluation through every stage of analysis and design of telecommunications facilities, towers, and appurtenant structures.

“Over the past five years, Krup has evolved from a focused structural engineer into a true business leader,” said Phil Burtner, NB+C Engineering Services Chief Engineer. “This promotion – to the ES Division’s first Associate Director – not only recognizes Krup’s professional growth, but also adds a unique and important perspective to NB+C’s executive team.” 

Krup is a member of the Telecommunications Industry Association, The American Institute of Steel Construction, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and the National Council of Examiners and Surveying.
