NB+C Promotes Danielle Garrity to Associate Director of Personnel Development

ELKRIDGE, MD (April, 2015) – Network Building + Consulting is pleased to announce that Danielle Garrity has been promoted to Associate Director of Personnel Development after five years of exceptional service within the organization.

Garrity started her telecommunications career at NB+C in 2010 as an Assistant Program Manager, and due to her success in that position was promoted to Business Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region in 2013. As a Business Development Manager Garrity supported NB+C’s project teams while developing new opportunities for the company throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. 

 With her promotion Garrity has accepted a newly created position reporting to Tom Kane, NB+C’s President and Managing Member.  

“As we looked at our business at the end of 2014, we realized our rapid growth created a need for a new position within the company, one focused on our top strategic priority, NB+C’s employees,” Kane said. “When we began to structure the position, I could think of no better candidate than Danielle.”  

Kane further detailed that Garrity will be responsible for the Employee Development and Training programs for the company’s three operating divisions and that she will also take lead on the company’s Communication and Marketing programs. Additionally, as an Associate Director, she will be involved in long term planning and strategy for NB+C’s future.

“I am very excited to take on this position and look for ways to support our employees while enhancing our strong culture at NB+C,” said Garrity. “Management has consistently been supportive of employees as a top priority for the company.”

Garrity earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Roanoke College.
