NB+C Celebrates Women’s History Month

NB+C proudly celebrates Women’s History Month, honoring the remarkable contributions and achievements of women within our organization and beyond.

To kick off the festivities, NB+C’s Women Inspiring Success + Empowerment (WISE) Employee Resource Group (ERG) hosted a special event in honor of International Women’s Day. The event highlighted the dedication and accomplishments of the Women’s ERG. Attendees were welcomed with a message from Tom Kane, NB+C CEO and WISE’s Executive Sponsor, along with a recap of WISE’s impactful initiatives and a discussion on allyship. Embracing this year’s global theme, “Inspire Inclusion,” the event emphasized the importance of creating inclusive spaces for women across all fields. It celebrated the outstanding achievements and commitment of WISE members, showcasing their passion, innovation, and teamwork.

NB+C continues to champion WISE initiatives and encourages all employees to actively engage in conversations about women’s experiences within the organization.

In addition to the International Women’s Day celebration, WISE’s Education + Awareness team, in collaboration with NB+C’s Human Capital team, is excited to promote a financial wellness series hosted by Fidelity Investments. Dubbed “Women Talk Money,” this series aims to empower women with financial knowledge and resources. The inaugural webinar, “Unlock Your Money’s Full Potential,” featuring Padma Lakshmi, took place on the 7th. NB+C urges all employees to explore the complete schedule of free educational events to enhance their financial well-being.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, NB+C remains steadfast in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where all employees, regardless of gender, can thrive.
