Mikel Budde Named Managing Director, IT Services

NB+C is pleased to announce Mikel Budde has been named Managing Director, IT Services effective June 1, 2020. Mike will succeed Jan Shulse who will retire from NB+C on June 30, 2020 after 23+ years of dedicated service to the company.

Mike has been with NB+C for over 20 years and has served in various leadership capacities during his tenure. Most recently, Mike was the Managing Director, Project Operations where, among other initiatives, he led the successful implementation of the SiteTracker project management platform across all divisions and regions of NB+C. Mike previously held the positions of Site Acquisition Specialist, Zoning Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager and Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic region for the Site Development division.

Mike brings to his new role a truly unique blend of field operating expertise, strong systems acumen and steep knowledge of our back-office processes and business systems. We look forward to Mike taking on this new role and being our strategic leader of IT for many years to come.
