Kara Silbert Promoted to Vice President, Human Capital

We are very pleased to announce that Kara Silbert had been promoted to Vice President, Human Capital.

Kara joined the NB+C team in 2014 as the Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2017 she was promoted to the Director of Human Capital and named an Associate Director in 2019. Kara leads the Human Capital and Talent Acquisition teams, overseeing recruiting, talent management, career development, training, compensation, benefits, and HR policy.

During her tenure at NB+C, Kara has transformed Human Capital at NB+C, creating a foundation for positive growth and change through the development of new programs and initiatives. In 2018 Kara led the company strategy to create and implement industry-leading Learning and Development programs within NB+C.  Most recently, Kara led the successful Powered By Our People and Brand Values initiatives and is currently leading the Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs for NB+C.

Kara’s strategic vision and tactical execution of programs and initiatives has been instrumental in the development of our strong company culture, attracting and developing talent, and improving employee engagement.
